German-born Sabrina Transiskus is an artist, using white paper as a main medium.

After graduation in fashion design, she started working in haute couture and ready-to-wear as a designer in Paris and later as a fashion stylist, correspondant and editor for several magazines.

Always attracted by different materials, textures and structures, Sabrina's interest shifted from fabric to paper, which captured her attention by its simplicity and humbleness, while containing great potential in diversity and flexibility. Empty white sheets of paper - a metaphorical starting point of communication and creativity - are serving as a foundation for Sabrina's artistic work today.

With her aspiration for perfection and uniqueness, with her passion for visual abundance and vivid details, Sabrina managed to conceive her own distinctive, monochrome microcosm, in where she forms without any technical support her aesthetic and tangible artworks, which can be perceived as a refreshing complement to our digitalized daily routine.

From strong storytelling concepts to contemporary realisation, Sabrina's creative work has convinced various international brands and magazines such as:

Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Dior, Chloé, MiuMiu, Nina Ricci, Armani, Roger Vivier, Kenzo, Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Krug, Ruinart, Hennessy, Printemps, Le Bon Marché, Lancôme, Biotherm, Guerlain, Vogue Italia, Mixte, Air France Magazine.

Sabrina lives and works in Antwerp, Belgium.

Currently Sabrina is taking a break from commercial commissions and focuses primarily on her personal work.
